RETURN & WARRANTY POLICIES

SWIFT GRIP ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

You (“the Purchaser”) may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided your order has not yet been shipped. All cancellations must be made by the Purchaser through the online cancellation process. Swift Grip does not accept order cancellations via email. Once a product has shipped, the Purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges incurred, including return shipping costs in accordance with the Standard Return Policy set forth below.

STANDARD RETURN POLICY

 We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. Standard Returns involve the return of Swift Grip products purchased directly from Swift Grip that were delivered to the Purchaser free of any damage or defects. Unless otherwise stated, Swift Grip accepts Standard Returns on any of its products subject to the following conditions:

  • NEW Condition: Any returned products must be in NEW condition. NEW condition means the product is free from any use, wear, damage, or alterations at the time the returned product is delivered to Swift Grip. Products that are not in NEW condition are ineligible for return and NO refund will be issued.
  • Return Shipping: The Purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs. Swift Grip is not liable for products that are lost or damaged during return shipping. All risk of loss lies with the Purchaser prior to the returned product being delivered to Swift Grip.
  • Refund Process: Refunds will be issued only after a returned product arrives to a designated Swift Grip facility, and Swift Grip verifies that the product has been returned in NEW condition. Purchaser should allow reasonable time for Swift Grip to process and inspect the return prior to receiving a refund. Swift Grip will provide a full refund for the product only. No refunds will be issued for return shipping costs. 

DEFECT RETURN POLICY

Defect Returns involve the return of Swift Grip products purchased directly from Swift Grip that were delivered to the Purchaser in defective condition. Unless otherwise stated, Swift Grip accepts Defect Returns on any of its products subject to the following conditions:

SWIFT GRIP PRODUCT WARRANTY

Coverage Period: This warranty covers the Swift Grip products for a duration of one (1) year from the date of purchase against manufacturer defects.

  1. Coverage: The warranty provides protection against any defects arising from the manufacturing process of the Swift Grip products.
  2. Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, unauthorized modifications, accidents, or any other circumstances not directly related to manufacturing defects.
  3. Claims Process: In the event of a manufacturer defect occurring within the warranty period, customers are required to initiate a warranty claim by contacting Swift Grip at Warranty@SwiftGrip.com Please include the following information in your claim:

   - Full Name

   - Contact Information (Phone number, Email address)

   - Proof of Purchase (Receipt or Order Number)

   - Detailed Description of the Defect

  1. Evaluation: Once the warranty claim is received, Swift Grip will evaluate the provided information and may request additional details, if necessary, to verify the defect including possibly shipping the item to Swift Grip for further evaluation.
  2. Return Shipping:The Purchaser is responsible for all upfront return shipping costs. Swift Grip is not liable for products that are lost during return shipping. All risk of loss lies with the Purchaser prior to the returned product being delivered to Swift Grip.
  3. Resolution: If the defect is confirmed to be a manufacturer's fault and falls within the warranty coverage, Swift Grip will, at its sole discretion will: Replace the defective product with an equivalent model or in some cases, Issue a refund
  4. Refund & Replacement Process:Refunds & Replacements will be issued only after a returned product arrives at Swift Grip, and Swift Grip verifies that the product was delivered to the Purchaser in defective condition. Purchaser should allow reasonable time for Swift Grip to process and inspect the return prior to receiving a refund or replacement. If approved, Swift Grip will reimburse the Purchaser for all reasonable return shipping costs of the returned product.
  5. Limitations: This Warranty is in lieu of all other Warranty’s or obligation, expressed or implied. Swift Grip reserves the right to modify or discontinue this warranty at any time without prior notice.
